I am failed to receive a service engineer from Sansui service center. I had registered a complaint on 11.11.11 on the customer care number i.e. 18004194040, after waiting 24 hrs when no one turned up for the repair of television set. I had informed and complaint again to customer care. Every time getting message that my complaint is forwarded on urgent basis. After this I had called many times to Sansui Service Center, Jaipur on the number i.e.01412293444. Still my complaint is pending after . The service engineer knows the validity of my warranty card is getting finish and on 19.11.11 that is why not interested in providing service free of cost. Every time giving irresponsible reply and nothing is inconvenience and my complaint is still pending after six days.
