This is regarding a bad experience with Kesineni Travel.

It is on 13th November’2011 journey from Goa to Hyderabad on the premium services (Sleeper) PNR Number 9900D8, Seat No.L9.

I booked this ticket due to my knee problems & also for my comfort ness, but fortunately my journey became so pathetic & painful so it took me to write this blog.

I just reached “Panaji” stoppage & reported to the bus services person & I asked Rs. 500/- change to give the taxi rent but unfortunately they don’t have; so I requested & went to the opposite side of the road to get some change but here I got the real pain … IMMEDIATELY THEY RUN AWAY WHILE LOOKING AT ME WHERE I AM SHOUTING FOR STOP.

Then I called to the customer support they told me that I can catch the bus at “Ponda” the next stoppage which is impossible & then the customer care person told me & said me not to worry because I can catch the same bus at “Belgaum” at the time of dinner with the help of their other bus. BUT THIS ALSO DINT HAPPEN.

Inside the bus the driver ASKED ME RS.200/- TO DROP ME THERE, I dint understands why …. I paid Rs.1600/- for sleeper coach whereas the same bus charges may be in between Rs.1000/- to Rs.1200/- from Goa to Hyderabad.

Here in brief: the sleeper bus driver & staffs dint respected also the other bus driver as well as THE CUSTOMER CARE REPRESENTATIVE DINT CARE ABOUT THE QUALITY & BRAND NAME.

After talking to my friends, colleagues & while exploring the internet came to know that KESINENI TRAVEL GOT THE BIG ATTITUDE & DON’T CARE ABOUT THE PASSENGERS.

If I reached the bus stoppage after the bus went away then it’s my fault but looking at me & running away without thinking about the passenger is so painful.

If this continues may KESINENI TRAVEL invite competitions to take over the business…?
