I was working with Zylog Systems Ltd for the past 8 months. Now I planned to resign the job. Vice President told me over phone that he will send a mail to HR department to release my original Certificate and relieving letter. He also told to my boss that he is going to make me to come and go back from my home town to Chennai for hell lot of times. I badly need my Certificate, the HR team asking me to pay Rs.40000 and get my certificate. They have also planned that they are not going to give my current month salary. If I mentioned and send an email saying that I'm moving out of chennai, now they are telling me I haven't performed well for past 3-4 months. and Im' not dressing properly bla bla bla reasons. I'm planning to join with the very good company somewhere now. I can't take leave again and again and make trip to chennai from there. Please let me know is that any chance could I get my certificate? I also heard that legally no employer could hold an employee. Please send me details to shreenivas.sk@gmail.com. I'm mentally affected and can't concentrate on anything else apart from this.

The company is also getting certificates from many employees and so many left and still the company is holding their certificates. They are putting pressure and telling that if we give Rs.40000/-.
