    An eureka forbes salesmen approach to me and give me detail about a vaccume cleaner. As. per the direction of your salesmen I have contacted sales excecutive Mr. Khan, at Vashi Store room for further details, who told me that the cost of the item is Rs,10,990,00 and on discount to Rs,1000,00 the actual cost will be Rs,9,990.00 with life time Warranty, On hearing the above I have given a cheque of Rs 9990 to the salesmen. After 3 days the salesmen had brought the Vaccum Cleaner which was broken package and found to be old. Hence I have contacted sales excecutive Mr.Khan over phone who advise me to bring back the machine to Vashi Store room and who had given another piece, of mechine which was having the MRP of Rs.9990.00 instead of MRP 10,990.00 on enquiry he told me this is a old piece. and the present cost is Rs.10,990.00. However I agreed to collect the same machine.. But representative had changed the promise of Life time Warranty to ONE YEAR WARRANTY. On considring the Life time Warranty only I have booked the machine and paid the Cheque. Since the Warranty is reduced to One year I refused to receive the Machine and requested for return of Cheque or cash. He told me that cheque has already been depsited in their Accounts department, the payment will be received/credited in my account WITHIN ONE WEEK t.. Since 3 1/2 months have lapsed I have not received the payment of Rs,9990.00.
