I am Abuthahir,I had alreadt posted my complaint regarding my Passport delay in process for app no"CBE-Z353326-11" reg that i went to Commisioner Office to check the status since i was guided by Collectore office passport cell that file forwarded to commisioner office for police verification,but since i enquired with RTI help line no which is available with CCP- website they said you can go and enquire after 4 even my office time ends by 5.30 i went to CO by 5.40 but the response by the office in passport cell-Commisioner office too bad and shouting that commisioner will schuld that after enq timing we are not suppose to respond to any one.
Since that was my first visit i got a very bad response and feel ashamed of being over there reg the same i had forwarded a complaint Cum sugesstion to city commisioner and i got an acknowlegement that mail recieved as complaint,if educated person losses his self respect by this kind of activities then what will be situation of an illeterate person.
First the people in service field should have patience or atleast they must know that their salary is beared by govt only by the taxes collected from people,if they cant able to work with patient then they can better leave and can give way to a person with good adminstrative skill and knowledge in handling visitors.
