Hi,

We have unauthorised hawking happening in large number in New panvel (E), there is a Friday Bazar which is put up on a lane which is user by vehicals & ppl who have to take it on a daily basis to travel back home, the foothpath of these lanes are occupied by hawkers & this causes a lot of inconvenience to the local ppl as it attracts large crowds.

Also in this crowd a large number of robberies also happen I happened to loose my cell phone very recently as it was picked up by opening my bag pack, this must have happened to a lot of othere too who have no choice but take that lane, as I understand everyone has to have permission to hawk & the irony is that this entire thing happens close to a police station & there is no action taken.

I would like to take a step towards having this stopped & ensure the safety of other locals

we are making reguler complaint but still no action taken by bmc KW word
we are facing the problem of patil chinese stall .he is using lpg gas to cook food .people drinking liqureon his stall he is throwing dirty chiken water near.maintaining area dirty with chiken.
sir If u are not going to do any action against chinese stall please mail me same like that.,then we the residence of that area will do something differernt.
bmc officer are coming and taking only temparary action ,we want him to parmanently remove from thare
bmc ward officer is not serious about our complaint.
D N nagar police station is doing nothing. they are taking bribe from chinese stall and taking no action.

im lodging regular complaint but no action istaken

Respected sir,
I own a shop at lamington road just opposite to lamington road police station an there is a constant increase in illegal stalls on the footpath. It started with a single small stall and now there are arond 8 to 9 stalls on a single footpath. There are around 65 to 70 illegal stalls at lamington road at present. Having a police station so close but still ther is no action taken instead are support by the police and area authorities. Muncipality takes a round for about 3-4 times a month but instead of removing the stalls, they take some amount of goods and the leave. the muncipality is just concerned about their monthly targets. The owners of the stall are least bothered even when the muncipality is at a round as they know tht no strict actions will be taken. the owner of the stalls have even started arguing with the shopkeepers around there and are costantly extending the size of their stalls. This is causing a lot of inconvinience to the shopkeepers as well as the people residing there. I hereby request you on behalf of everyone to take strict actions against them as soon as possible. I am resident of Ghtakopar. i am having problem with feriwals in our Vallabhbaug lane , which is one way for traffic. This strret also known as "khow gali".

Insted of stoping them BMC and Police people r taking "Hapta" from them.

Irequest you to take Action against them .

Opp. Apna Bhandar, Near Saibaba Mandir, Kurar Village Malad (E), Mumbai 97... the howkers are sitting on road, obstacles for nearby shopkeer & people, who walk on that road & also the traffic is effected by them, Please stop them for sitting on road...

Dear Sir,

We would like to bring your kind attention on this footpath business.Neither any revenue is generated for BMC nor this people is playing any roll in the upliftment of society.They are making abundant of money by charging for substandard adulterated food.And by consuming this food people are falling sick most frequently.

1.We are paying societies Property Tax,Water Tax,Vehicle tax but they are paying nothing and getting footpath free for business and polluting,suffocating us.All the time we have to keep our windows closed for this jalebiwalas continuous fry.

2.It spoils our health as well as our house decor.

3.All the time eve-teasers are standing to pass vulgar comments.

4.In the evening/night we can't go to medical Store for any urgent medicines because of drunk people at stall,I think he supplies drugs & liquors also.

5.We don't have any objection for vegetable or tea vendors except this jalebiwala.

6.I think your regular round of illegal stall removing has been stopped.

7.He creates lots of traffic in the evening and through all the remains in the gutter only to chock in rainy season.

Kindly remove this stall permanently and give relief to tax payers.Thanks for earliest action.

Dear Sir,

I would like to lodge a repeat complaint against this unauthorized Jalebi stall,which is run by an errant Kanhaiya Kurmi & his 3 associates.He has a link with unsocial elements,who supplies Liquor & drugs also to all his patent customer,apart from this samosa/Jalebi,in the night which leads to house breaking,roberies in local slum,& money purse /chain snatching in the night for late comers after duty.

Sir my problem is because of his non stop samosa/jalebi fry with adulterated oil we have to keep our window closed,still our ceiling fan pulls this masala oil smell,and suffocate us.we can't breath.We have taken this house in Juhu,for pollution free fresh air.

Please help us by removing this unauthorized stall as soon as possible,and give all Juhu residents a better life.

i am a resident of hariyali village vikhroli east group no.3 for the past couple of months we are facing a lot of problem.bcoz of illegal hawkers.who have taken over the entire strech of road leading to our house.it is just opppsite safiya hotel .group no.3
there are two sisters who have made life a living hell for the people of our locality.who along with their henchmen bully the people.they do fight with everybody.many complaints have beign made but invain. they have occupied the whole road to sell vegetables.and fruits.and build temporary shed on the road.making it very diffcult for to live in a hygenic enviorment. and has made breedind grounds for flies and mosquitoes.
whenever there is a complaint against the sisters. one sister has a mentally unstable son whom she uses to gain syspathy from officers. she has perfact alibi making her look like the oppressed one.but sir kindly do not fall for her tricks.bcoz everybody is fed up of harssement.
sir i would kindly request you to look into the matter.pls take concrete action.to make life a lot eaiser for a lot of us..

There are more than 5 hawkers encroached on,mAHALKSHMI stationi mumbai-400018.Due to this there is lots of problems in commuting as well as approaching towards home too.Recently one of them misbehave and also they open the space to fix him permanently,slowly they will change those bakada into stall They said they pay bribe to Bmc people even they sell unhygienic product and when u complain they started fighting with people
