    Default Airtell Broadband complaint - Not disconnected yet

    Dear Sir ,

    I had requested for disconnecting the internet on 15th Sept 2011 and my request number is 4089614
    I got a confirmation that they will call me with in 24hrs and with in 7 days it will be disconnected . But till now no one called me regarding the disconnect . I got call from Airtel customer service asking whether I want to disconnect , it is a confirmation call et c.. etc ... And still they are askign like , Please don 't disconnect , what is the reason to disconnect etc ..

    I have clearly mentioned in the request , you can trace the call if possible that there is not problem in service , and as I am moving to other town for 4-5 months and I don 't want the connection now . Even though it was clear enough why should they call me again ?

    I am really frustrated by their calls and irritated , even told them not to call , and for my mail they are sending general replies which I am not expecting ...

    Even today at 3.15 PM I got call from Airtel , still asking why I want to disconnect ....... This is just irritating me !!! The number from which I got call is : +91 804357540....

    The disconnect registration was taken on 15th sept and the time frame is 7 days .... My request is not processed yet ..
