Sir,
I am Mr.jitendra kumar mallick having FOS NO-5352 joining from 19
may2008.And my job period in this organisation is near about 14 months. My
performance is also good accourding to the appointment letter and in last
july 2009,i have given 13 nos.of accounts,but they cut-off my salary.Every
actions they have taken against of my appointment letter,and they forced me
to left the job.And the pollish of this sales team is fully MONOPOLLY,
PARTIALITYAND FULL OF POLICTICS.Also they are giving threatnig,mentally
torturing and harrasing us.And also the the branch manager and teritory
sales manager are not allowing to sign in the register,is that the policy of
the organisation.THESE ACTIONS ARE AGAINST THE HUMAN RIGHTS.

so therefore i request you please consider
my case immediately and take required action that will helpful for my
