Dear Sir / Madam,

Kindly note that i have worked in a company name CODESNWIRES Software ltd,
Bangalore. It has office in Cochin also. They have asked me Rs.1lac as deposit for
joining in their company. It is new company to about 30 employees where working
while i was joining in the month of January 2009. They agreed to pay Rs.10000 per
month and return the 1 lac after a year. i worked till June 2009 but they did even
one month salary. At the time of releiving they have given me a cheque of Rs.16400
(After deducting the training charges which was not mentioned earlier). But the
cheque given has been bounced twice. Also when i tried to contact them they
were not in a position to attend my call . They have given me cheque for Rs.1
lac dt:02-Sep-2009. I could not beleive them that i wll get the money back since
the first cheque given for Rs.16400 has been bounced. Please help me out in
this case to get the money of Rs.1 lac and the
salary for the said period.

As a Proof for 1lac i have the Bond given by them and the copy of the DD taken by me
for the 1lac which was given to them at the time of joining.
