Dear Sir,
I was working for a company named Kadevi Engineering Company Private Ltd.,Hyderabad(kushaiguda ,hyderabad-62).I worked for the company from-21/12/2009 to about02-8-2010. I gave my resignation in 23/3/2011. In the course of the job I faced severe workload and ill treatment .At the time of my resignation company has told me that my T.A bills will be paid to me later.My T.A bill amount is about Rs13,700 and Rs5500 is deducted from the amount due to resigning the job without notice period.I have to get an amount about Rs7700 .But they are giving me only dates since two and half months and none of the money was paid to me.Even when I approach them,they don't seemed to be nice to me.Please let me know what should I do.Is it the proper place for the complaint?
