Dear Sir,

I would like to complain against IIFT Delhi for not refunding my application fees of
Rs 1200 which made on 19/08/08.Its almost a year now since then.
I did apply for MBA program last year but due to some snag in IIFT online system I
had to do my registration again and Pay Rs 1200 twice.After putting several to
seniors and to Registrar Mr L.D. Mago, Administrative Officer Mr.Gaurav
Gulati(Mobile:09811115551) replied me my refund is under process and would be done
soon but later on he is not responding to my mails and not picking my any
calls.Probably he saved my number in his cell and not picking my calls.
I requested them several times, approached to their seniors (Sr.Admin
Officers/Registrar/Director) but no one is responding to my mails.
I am attaching the mails I did send to them have a look at them. You can find how
much time these government officers takes to respond.
After lots of persuasion I told them they are forcing me to drag IIFT to consumer
court but they didn't responded to this also.
Would request to plug in the loopholes of these officers and make the system more
smooth and transparent.
