Hi,

This is regarding the incident happened recently. I came to know about the
consultant who guaranteed job placement. He asked for Rs 1000 as fees, which
I paid him and told that I am not interested in sales job. He send me to a
company saying that its not sales job. But when I met concern person,it
turns out to be sales profile.Now he is not responding to my calls.

kindly suggest if I can filed a case against him. Rs 1000 is not so big
amount but the issue is of being cheated.
