I am a serving officer in INDIAN NAVY,presently posted at INS VENDURUTHY,KOCHI,KERALA.My details are as follows:

This is to inform you that my mother was travelling from DELHI to GWALIOR on 21/10/11 by train.She got her purse pickpocket in which my parent's (father & mother both) canteen smart cards were there including her dependant card at HAZRAT NIZAMUDDIN RAILWAY STATION.





She lodged a complaint at the police station at the same time regarding the theft (NCR No. 385/2011).





As I was not aware of what to do , I approached MANAGER CANTEEN SMART CARDS,INS VENDURUTHY,KOCHI,KERALA.She told me that nothing can be done and to apply fresh for DUPLICATE CANTEEN SMART CARDS.The details of cards are as:

Mother's-Smt MADHURI BHADORIA

Sir I would like to know what should be mine next course of action and what would be furher proceedings regarding issuing of cards.

I mrs pratima mohanty w/o-late priyanath mohanty ( chm) applied for canteen card (smart card) on 03 sept. 2011 .but i have not received the same yet.

I am an Ex Sergeant, I am drawing my liquor quota and grocery items from CSD Tambaram for the past 12 years.
When I approached other CSD canteen to purchase my grocery other than liquor,I have been refused to issue the items. As per my entitlement I am eligible to purchase items worth about Rs.45000/-, where as we are not using the whole amount, we will by only the essential requirements of day to day life. Why they are refusing to issue the items and telling us buy from your own canteen this is the gratitude shown towards the ex service men. Some extreme emergency only we approach other CSD canteen. Initially the smart cards are issued on the basis that, we can buy the things any where in India. Now every thing is gradually changed. The local CSD Managers are implementing their own rules. Most of the canteen items are being issued only to the civilians. This has been practically seen and 75% of the civilians are occupied in the canteen. One full day being wasted in the canteen to buy items worth about Rs. 2000/-.

Can the authority look in to this serious issue.

Sir I No 14682991W Hav Clerk(SD) Lakshaydeep Singh Yadav presently serving in EME Records,Secunderabad-21 (A.P). I lost my liquor card on Oct 2012 and lodge FIR Apr 2012. When i submitted fresh form with FIR than EME Depot Bn, Secunderabad return stated that it will submit after six month of FIR date as per 2007 policy recd from Army HQ. When i talk to Col Shyam sir, Chip Ltd, Noida then they told me that policy has been revised in Jun/Jul month now you can submit the form after 45 or 60 days after. When i told to EME Depot Bn they refused to deposit the form and said that without policy we can not submit the form. Please help me if this policy letter may be provided on my email id lakshaydeepyadav@gmail.com or mob No 9533039341. I am in under pressure due to not available of this policy letter. Please let me know whether it is in order, not to entertain canteen smart card by golden palm canteen, Mysore, which is issued by 2 AFSB Mysore.

sir, I have applied for csd smart card in the month of Oct 2012. My details are as follows Army No JC-754104 Rank Sub Maj (Hony Lt) Name SPM Basha , Unit 615 EME Bn, C/O 56 APO. I will retired from service on 30 Jun 2013.
