Sir,

I am KAPIL KUMAR, student of Indian Instt of Social Welfare and Business Management,
KOLKATA.I have got the offer letter for the post of ASST PROJECT OFFICER (APO) from
the commonwealth games organizing committee on 3rd june,2009

I received the mail of joining from 1st august onwards on 27th june at 11:59am from
them, But I got another mail about cancellation of my offer letter on the same day
at 03:21pm,(just after almost 3 hours) without giving me any reason for it.

I respect whatever decision the committee have taken, but had they not sent the
offer letter to me, I would have able to sit in other campus interview after 3rd
june & might have got the job.

If they thought that I am not good enough for selection then they should not sent
the offer letter tome.

Consequently, I was denied to sit in any interview by college professors once I
received the offer letter, assuming that I've got the job. But now I have become
jobless just because they cancelled my offer letter so late that I lost so many job
opportunities.

I want to get the information from the organizing committee about the cancellation
of my candidature.

I request you to help me to reinstate my job.
I have also attached the copy of both mails I received from the Commonwealth OC

Please,take my matter as early as possible.
