This is Md. Taufique Surya, currently working in a software company in
Bangalore.Sir at the time of recruitment me and my collegues were asked to pay a
security deposit of Rs 50,000 refundable after one year and a Non Refundable amount
of Rs 20,000.They gave us package of 2.2lacs/annum but we have been paid only Rs
5,000/month since five months.They have straightway refused to pay us our full
salary nor do they have any project to work for.There are number of agents collcting
lacs of Rs from the aspirants. Sir this seems to be a JOB RACKET spread in
Nagpur,Pune,Bangalore and many other cities.Their aim is to collect as much money as
they can and vanish from here.The MD has strictly warned all of us and threatened if
we expose anything outside.So I and my collegues do not want to reviel our identity
as we are very much scared of the management. Kindly help us as we belong to
a middle class family and cannot
afford fight against these kind of people or to lose our deposited money.The
recruitment is still on and they are trying collect more and more money.
Please suggest us a way to get back our amount without reveiling our Identity.Sir

This is Rahul Chak, currently working in a software company in
Noida. I have been informed about a MNC (SRG America) whose head office is in USA and having it's corporate office in India also, with the name of Performica Software Solutions. I came to know that company is recruiting software professionals in Hydrabad for its clients in USA. I went Hydrabad and cleared online written test & interview as well at the same time Mr. Pundarika (COO) told me that company will provide you H1 visa and you have to pay Rs 1.5 lack and this money is refundable when you will complite 1 year in USA. I signed the aggreement and send them a cheque of Rs 1.5 Lac. But till date I neither got visa nor any respose from company. They also not picking up my phone and making excuses of market crash in USA.
Now I want my money back kindly help me I want justice. This is my last hope. Please do reply to my this personel Email Id.

I worked in SRG for more than 2 yrs and didn't have any issue with them. They will definitely take care of your case once the economy becomes smooth. Right now they might have some constrains. But don't spoil your relationship with them with some rubish advice. Keep in touch with them , keep patience. They won't cheat you. They have got good people. To make you clear... I left SRG because I got a better Full Time job not for any issue.

I found a company in Gurgaon, It's in 125, Udyog vihar phase -1.

It's doesn't even have a board infront of their office. Obviously they may not be paying tax. It's asking for money . when we reject on their agreed opprotunity.

SRG America recruited me fro India to US by collecting RS two lacks or $3500 in promise of Employment is US. They did nothing to me and finaly cancelled my H1 B after three months. Their Marketing Person Sudhir Moni, Manager Pundarika will talk nicely to get you guys in. Bid Fake company with CEO Kerishna will threaten you to fire you and send to india back. All they need is your $3500! Beware of them.

i have been cheated by the company - sri ganapathi engg, coimbatore. They sent me a application form on my gmail id . First i made a call to them and they told me about their company and i trusted them . I send them the application form and a dd of rs. 2000 . Now i have been cheated . I looked through the site of consumercomplaint.com and many had registered against this company . I want my money back . Please tell me what have i to do to get my money back.

i m a engineer graduate and looking for job. i have been getting the fraud emails by company called Hi-mark. which promise to give job in any field of tech. with salary up to 50,000. but they are asking for Rs 550/- for registration charges. i have checked the history in Google and found that the company is sending these kind of mails since 2008 and many job seekers have been victimized. no one got any call from the company once they submitted money. i myself got these mails 5 times in past 4 months.

It's been a very long time and no action has been taken against these type of companies. please do something about it . There is no proper portal to identify the authenticity of company. Every year hundreds of thousands of fresh graduates are being targeted by these companies , but no action has been taken so far.

please let me know what we can do in order to stop this harassment.
