The person from Rosetta Stone Ltd came n gave us brief lessons on what bases we need to work all things where going right n suddenly they started cost cutting. and my office that Knoah Solutions started hiring people who dosent have any degree or proper study certifecate and removing us becoz of our salaries n taking fresher for company profit and the company is even not bother to verify the given document or study certifecate which are fake. we are the few removed by the company i would like you to inform this that the company Rosetta Stone Ltd is giving to process such a company is fraud and the HR is taking 15.000 thousand indian rupee that is us 375 $ dollars to a single joinee .
they dont have any norms with them plz note n address my issue as soon as possible .

I have worked with this company and the employer is quite good towards their employee. How can one accept good bucks if they dont have that potential in them. If you have then this company will pay you more then what you are capable of.

We beg for an immediate action from your side on the issue of some miscreants playing fraud on students and graduates from various streams. The E-Mail sent to you is coming from an institution being run in the name of Society For Child Women Empowerment. That thousands of unemployed graduates had applyied for the various opening in the said institution along with application fees which was 1000/- for some positions and 1300/- for other. That the Institution had declared that the online exams will be held between 22nd to 29th Oct., 2011. The advertisement was also published in Times of India and on the official website of the institution. Now on the 11th hour the institution has played a foul game saying that all exams centers are cancelled and that the exam will be held at Delhi. Its Diwali time (26th, Oct., 2011) and they have scheduled the date on 22nd to 24th of Oct., 2011 creating such circumstances that no outstation student will be able to appear in the exam. The institution has managed to grab Lakhs of rupees through this fraudulent activity and now all the students are in state of shock and pain. Students are scattered all over and therefore look upto your kind authority for taking cognizance of the matter.
I may not be able to express the actual grief of the shocked students. May please accept this as complaint lodged by me and help us all.

May kindly take serious cognizance of the issue in the interest of the youth of India.

Hi All,

I am Tania Sen from Kolkata, working in a manufacturing company. A few month back I saw an advertisement from the Organization Society for Women and Child Empowerment asking for different job positions to be filled up in all states; but we need to pay them a token money around Rs. 700 to Rs. 1300 ( based on different position) and accordingly to will let us know about the written exam center (within the state) and will send us Admit Card to our home accordingly. The written test was on 22nd and 23rd Oct 2011. I was looking for a job and hence I made a draft and submitted to the bank accordingly and posted for the position. This was done in the month of June 2011.
On 19th Oct 2011, a call came from Society for Women and Child Empowerment, New Delhi asking for my email id, since they want to send us the admit card through email. I at once send them the same. When yesterday at night, i.e. on the same day I check for the email, I was shocked to find that the written exam center had been changed from Kolkata center to New Delhi at the following address:

(Entry from gate number 3 on Vardhman Marg)

There is no way to visit New Delhi for written examination, since AC 3 tier tickets will not be available just 2 days before exam and they also wrote that they will reimburse only Rail ticket of AC 3 tier; not AIr ticket.

On top of this, we need to sign a bond of 5 years by the selected candidate and should bring Rs.9,545/- as security money which will be refundable after 6 months i.e. after probation period. At the time of Advertisement in newspaper, there was no such details given for security money deposition, change of exam center just 2 days before etc. THIS Society for Women and Child Empowerment is a HUGE FRAUD COMPANY CHEATING MANY COMMON PEOPLE LIKE US. WE SHOULD TAKE THIS ISSUE TO HIGHER LEVEL AS A FRAUD COMPANY.

This company is totally fraud. it has branch in lucknow but the wenksaa manager used to hire employee and after hiring she does not pay for employee and if employee leave the company then for paying salary she asks to the same employee to hire other team then only she will pay the salary thats totally harrasment of new employees they all are cheaters and fraud.

As I had paid for their premium services, they are simply ignoring, they are not providing me the Interview calls, they had committed to provide. Now the behaviour of the organisation (carrier services tmesjobs) is changed, even they are not answering me properly. I feel like I have been cheated.
I am not getting any interview calls related to my job profile, When I call their customer support executives, he answer me that there is no vacancy matching to your profile. But at the same time I am getting call & reply from other JOB consultants like Nukri.com and Monster.com (without paid services of Naukri n monster)

3: I Need Justice

In the name of premium services, they are just cheating the innocent people/customers (who are totally unaware about these telephonic/online traps). After few months this service would be finished. Its my Humble request Please take a strict action against them.

This institution takes around 30000rs from fresh mechanical graduates promising 100% job placements. Students have to pay the full amount in 2 weeks of joining. They take students through campus placements programs. They mainly concentrate on students from Kerala, still their institute in Chennai.
Once the class room teaching in their office is over,they give 2 photostat note books, one max writter pen and a file(is it worth 30000rs). After clas room program they send the students to near by industries for a few days of training( inplant training) , they call it as SHOP FLOOR TRAINING. After that they say they will provide jobs within 1 weeek..

I had been sitting idle for last 4 months, till now i havent even got a call from Omnex. If we call them they say, wait I am sheduling the interview...it is what i hear from Mr Susmith, placement officer of Omnex

This organisation SCWE contacted us saying that they had huge funds and were looking for beneficiaries in the North East. We went to visit them and nothing felt right about the place. The officer we met with didn't have a visiting card to share with us, had absolutely no answers for the technical questions we had, and gave us 24 hours to fill up a detailed form and apply for a grant, with a grant application fee of 2500/-. Because we have been through other grant applications processes before, we felt intuitively that this was wrong and decided to research this organisation thoroughly on the internet. We found that
1. There is absolutely no proof of any work that they have done so far. Not ONE project site/detail is mentioned.
2. On a page named 'History' They have listed a set of board/key members from 14 charitable organisations; not ONE single one of these charitable institutions exists on the internet. Not one of the individuals mentioned on this list appear to have any credible history on the internet.

3. They are mentioned in several press releases in the Times of India and Hindustan Times. Other than that, there is NO mention of this organisation, with its whopping 700+ crores to give away, anywhere on the internet. Other than innumerable complaints in consumer courts, of course.

Then I found this page (consumercomplaints.in), where some consumer complaint has been replied to by a Mr Irfan Alam. [SOCIETY FOR CHILD AND WOMEN EMPOWERMENT,DELHI - CHARGING MONEY IN CAMPUS RECRUITMENT WHICH IS A FAKE COMPANY]
1. Irfan Alam is a very well known and highly acclaimed entrepreneur from Bihar, not involved with SCWE in any way.
2. He has listed an UNFP agreement with a number that does not exist
3. He has listed 9 international agencies as sources of funds. Each one of them has been researched in detail. Not ONE of them have listed SCWE as a beneficiary; in fact many of these are not into institutional funding at all!

We are shocked to find so many stories of duping. It saddens me that so many young people with ambition and zeal are being duped just because a lot of miserable, pathetic cheats are choosing to dupe them. The scam is very thinly disguised. Just an hour on the internet is all it takes to find out just how fake these guys are. Unfortunately, most of the people that need the jobs aren't conversant enough with the internet to utilise it to their benefit. This must stop.

All the complaints I see on the internet are around the recruitment drive, none around the grants application process, but let me assure you they will begin soon. Thank God for the days of the internet, when information is available freely and due diligence possible.
I'd like not just to run with my hard earned money, but also have these guys put behind bars.
