dear sir/madam
my name is ranjeet g pawar residence of pune
i am a self employeed person working as a distributor and marketing of fmcg products
i have taken a distributorship of a company one year back named nepl beverages pvt
ltd nasik
the company in engaged in manufactoring of beverages
as i am working with the company from year s disributor but company has not signed
any contract with me
i am making the payments to company in advance and the company sends me material
which i sale in pune and nearby teritory
the company has given me all the material as per my payments but the company has not
send me any accounts for our dealing
also as i have stopped buying material from the company as i am not interested to do
so any more
i have informed the company as so
but the company is now refusing to take back their experied material
in past they used to take the expiried material and give me credit notes for the same
now they are refusing to take back and saying that the claim was done after 30 days
which is not as per their policy
i was never informed for such policy and nither i have signed any documents saying so
i belive the company has a compulsion to take back all expired material
please help me for this case
what should i do
