Hi, MY employeer has submitted my PF withdrawal form on 15-Dec-2010. since then it is about to finish 5 months.
BY rule, its says, within 90 Days. it must be cleared off. But i did not receive my PF amount.
I have been calling them from the last 2 months, and they are saying it will be done within next weeks. But when i called recently, they said they have lost my PF withdrawal forms.
Please help me as i am in urgent need of my PF amount.
I have even raised my concerned on their website, but did not get any response.
