First of all, let me introduce myself to you.



I'm Roopa Kommanapally working with Patni computer systems Pvt ltd at
Madhapur. This is with regards to the ' Water purifier' that I brought, In
May '09, I have booked 'Eureka fords - Water Purifier' from Sai Enterprises
at Ameerpet, Hyderabad. Day one a representative named Sai has come to my
place (Miyapur) and have explained the new product ie. 'GOLD NOVA' and have
taken 500/- against registration charges, I have told him to deliver the
product by 2nd June '09. He never turned up and to deliver the machine, I
had to follow up like hell to do so.. finally he had come to us on 6th
June'09 and delivered the product and collect the remaining money i.e 9,
090/- that date itself but has not given the original bill or the warranty
card of the same.. where in he had mentioned that the machine would be
insured till 2 years. but he had never given us any documents which shows
that I have brought this particular water purifier from him. Since then, I
have been following up with him but in vain..



Its been month and more that I have been chasing him to get the bill but
till date he keeps giving me a vague answer that ' it would be delivered
today or tomorrow'. Now that I have no proof that I brought the purifier
from him, we did even use the instrument as we never know whether it is
working properly or not. This is so strange that dealership is so worst at
there service.



All that I require is the original bill which I'm trying to get it from him
since a month, I strongly feel that 'Sai Enterprises' is cheating people
around by collecting their money on time and by not giving them the required
documents. I request you to please look in to this issue and make the
necessary corrective measures to resolve my problem. If this is not
resolved, plz let me know if I can book a case against this under 'Cheating'
