We would like to bring to your kind attention about a fraud case in which we were
the victim.



We would like to put a case against M/s Tuntun Promotion. We approached the agency
after we saw the ad in Mumbai mirror last year i.e. November 2008. The proprietor
Mr. Sanju Mishra enrolled us in his agency with the cost of Rs. 5000/-, stating that
in the next one year our kid will get a chance in ad in one year if not the money
will refundable.

(We have got the receipt of this transaction).



Subsequently on the pretext of giving a break in Johnson & Johnson ad again he asked
us to deposit a refundable amount Rs. 7500/-. (We have got the receipt of this
transaction).



Till date after several follow-up there is no ad come our way nor the money is
refunded to us. However he called us for a ad session in Nov.08 but there is no out
come of the same nor any financial transaction as promised has come our way.



And we are really frustrated with all the promises that Mr. Sanju mishra has made
with regard to the refundable amount.



We would like to file a case against M/s Tuntun Promotion and Mr. Sanju Mishra.



Please let us know the further formalities for the same.

I'm another victim of Mr Sanju Mishra. He has taken Rs 5,000 for me of which I have the receipt. He promised me of launching me in an Ad Film but after that there is no response from his side. He also promised me for Acting classes, P.D Classes and Dance Classes. But he did nothing of that sort. All he made was fake promises and he litrally harassed me with my Port Folio Also. For the past 3 months I couldnt contact him. He also promised for refunding the money within 40 days if he cannot give any assignment but there is no trace of him. All the phone numbers which he has given to me are not recheable and out of service. Please do help.

2-3 weeks back there were daily advertisements in Mumbai Mirror about Tuntun
promotions. It was stated in the advertisement that they need actors/models
for many ad and serials. The contact numbers were provided in the
advertisement.

Later when I contacted the concern person named Sanjay Shukla, he offered me
role in one advertisement for Eclairs. He took *4000/- rs* from me for
*registration
fees, security deposit and Portfolio Fees.*

He gave me an address saying this is the place where shooting will take
place. When I reached there I came to know there are many people whom Sanjay
Shukla has frauded. There were aroung 12- 15 people who came for acting in
the advertisement.

From *2* ---> He took *25000/- Rs each*
From *5* ---> He took *6000/- Rs each*
From *3* ---> He took *4000/- RS each*

That calculates *92000/- Rs. *

I am worried about how many more people are being faked by this Sanjay
Shukla.

When I searched on google, I came to know already many of people have
complained against him at consumer court.
My concern is what the consumer court people are doing. Cant you people stop
this kind of fraud people?

If one person is giving 4000/- rs., u might think its a small amount.But 1
lakh is not.
This person is in this fraud case from last so many years. New people
believe on him and give him the money.

Please reply to this mail. I am hoping from your side. I have all other 12
people who were present on shoot day. We have recipts which were provided
by him.
He has another shoot with next batch on 14 Nov. If I get some reply from you
we all can come with you for next investigation.

What is the proper procedure to complain against him. How long he is going
to fraud other people too. Please we need to stop such fraud people

i today was almost been cheated by this sanjay mishra...he gave add in dainik bhaskar a hindi newspaper about the video shoot and add film..and again told about the eclairs and samsung and ICICI bank company add which is going to take place on 15 december...

& not only me there are many persons who are cheated by tuntun promotion.

Guys never trust on this person Mr. Sanjay mishra.. He did not refund my wife Minal Pandey's INR 5000/-money which he took as deposit for some PANERI ad. Also he did not paid INR 5000/- for one ad she done for eclaires chocolate. He is fraud. He did not even pick up calls phone calls, and the best Lier in media and acting profession atleast. Guys dont work with him. He will take deposit for dress or jewellery and get the work done and neither u will get ur deposit nor payment.
His ICICI BANK cheque number 742392 for 5000/- from Lokhandwala branch is 2 time bounced. I am filing police case against him tomorrow only.
Total 10,000.00 he is not giving to us. And today only he checked out from k.c. residency hotel in chandigarh where he was staying in R.No. 107. He must be made so many fools over there and cheated their money and now gone to amritsar. His another number for punjab is 09878943152 and 09769596694.
