Hi All,

My parents filed a suite against a big brand TV Manufacture about an year ago but still the judgement is not passed. The case was filed because of a tech. lag which was not mentioned on the brochure and was not even told about when it was being purchased. This resulted in a electrical shock wile the usage of the product.

Its exactly 1.2 yrs since the case was logged and we are still waiting for the judgement. The judge, on previous 2 occasions wanted to give a chance to the company to come and present their case, which they rarely did. Now the cache is that the judge seems a bit reluctant in passing the judgement and has again rescheduled the hearing for June stating that he does not have time for the case today as he has many case with him (Judge was supposed to give the judgement today. This is what he said while post ponding the judgment on the last hearing in Feb).

This is really very uncomfortable and disappointing as we thought that consumer court give judgement in max of 6 months. Is there any way by which this case gets over in the next hearing??? Please reply
