Respected Sir/Madam,

I am Dhirendra Singh. Basically I am from UP and doing job in Mumbai. We are facing a lot of problem due to the bad behaviour of SBI employees. Whenever I or my brother go to deposite amount in bank, they first make an entry in register and than say to come to tomorrow. After 2-3 days, they say that there is some network problem so they are not able to update the account. But whenever the network is working fine, they just take money, make entry and that is it.

I try to talk to bank manager but he also not listening to the customers. All the SBI customers are facing problem due to the bad services. Since we are not having any other good bank in Iglas, SBI is the only option we have.
