I am a costumer of BSNL Orissa. I am using internet in the plan BBG FN Combo 500 which has written clearly that THERE IS NO SECURITY DEPOSIT. I have connected the broadband in the month of feb-2010 i had paid a security deposit of RS500/-. I disconnected the broad band and reconnected it on Noc-2010. Then they asked 500 once more i delayed saying that you have 500 in my account. So they didnt gave the connection. After i paid 500 then they gave me the connection. When i went to the SDO he asked some body over phone and he said that i will get only 500rs back. In the database they use they have the log of receiving money but they are not returning even if they see the chart of broad band tariff.
