Dear Sir,
I knew with EPF office surat online claim status service that Cheque no. 951469 &
356580 Dt. 30.01.2009 has been issued to my Bank of india-CBD BElapur Navi Mumbai
branch.
But Sir, still bank has not received your sent cheque at yet. I have well throughly
enquired in bank branch.
I talked to EPF-Surat-Cash Deptt. I was informed that they have sent cheque by speed
post no. 741460 dt 18.02.2009.
This is all the matter at yet,
I need the bank receipt to me on my mail or Fax No. 022-679 587 01(write kind attn:
Rahul Bharadwaj) so that i can further enquiry in bank. About speed post receipt ,
I request to PF office surat, but they are not giving to me.
Or please advise me how can i get my money now. I am very much worried .

TN/940/EXEM/438. Whose family pension fund FPF account has yet to be transferred.
I closed my TN/940/EXEM/438 account.
What can I do to withdraw or transfer the account.
