we deal to Market research, online surveys and Management training programs

We had outsourced marketing and event management services from a Company,

Poonam Enterprises

We had given him

a. Rs. 20000/- for Mobilization of 20-25 paid participants for our
training programs on the 17th, 22nd and 29th April, '09. Vide cheque no.
034834 dated : 9th March, '09, Bank : IDBI Dwarka



b. Rs. 10000/- for mobilization of participants for the Conclave which
was previously being held on the 19th of March, '09. Later on this amount
was to be adjusted against candidates for the HR conclave on 15th May, '09.
Vide cheque no: 034810 Dated : 5th March'09, Bank : IDBI Dwarka

c. Rs. 35000/- against mobilization of audience, ad booking for the
journal and event management for the HR conclave on the 15th of May,'09 :
Cheque no.: 034816 Dated : 23rd March,'09 , Bank : IDBI Dwarka.

Till date we have not got any kind of output from Poonam Enterprise in
regards to any of the assigned work. We have asked them to return our amount
to which they say they have spent on our work, but there has been no
audience for the Training program nor the conclave from their side. There
has been no contribution from them regarding any of the work / ad /events.

It has been a chase from the very start to get an update and later no
response from their side. He has been delaying coming to meet us face to
face, to discuss the issue and return our deposit.

We would like to lodge a complaint against Poonam Enterprise for the above
mentioned. Request you to please do the needful in this regard.
