This mail is in context to complain about a reputed designer who took money
(2.95 lakhs) in advance for merchandise and later cheated on good faith, and
now denied to pay back money for which I need necessary help / guidance.



We run a boutique store at Hyderabad namely IMPERO (banjara hills) where we
merchandise varied designers from the industry. During my visit to SS08, we
interacted 1st time with Delhi based fashion designer ASHIMA - LEENA SINGH
(Ph - 9811134030) and based on our talks we placed an open order of the
styles we liked with a clear brief on patterns and pricings, after which we
paid money in advance based on our communication through emails (copy's
attached) and telephone with a clear intension and expectations of our
selection.

During conversations Leena Singh had given assurance of designing around 30
pcs of selected merchandise within price bracket of Rs.3 lakhs, later when
we received the parcel of only 17 pcs, to our surprise we could not find a
single pcs of what we had ordered / selected / briefed.

Immediately when we tried calling her she refused to design the pcs we
ordered saying those cannot be fit in the prices we required and balance pcs
she will send soon. And the reason she had sent the pcs of her choice and
requested to try the pcs in the store for while to see the feedbacks of the
customer.

But in which we returned back 11 pcs immediately and kept remaining for a
try based on her request. And after giving the best of try and efforts we
have sent back all the remaining pcs to her and now after such a miserable
experience we decided not to work with her, for which she denies to pay back
my money.



We have decided to take legal action but on before which we expect a
positive note from you in regard.



I request to please guide and do the needful at the earliest.

Dear Gupta,

So many people had this type of experience with Leena Singh. She is such a greedy person that when you will go for buying she will talk in sweet tone and after paying money she will talk in other way and will not listen to you. Please make Police complain if you have all the docs with you.
