Dear Sir
I have recently applied for PF withdrawal & as per my vendor got to know that an
amount of Rs 29467/- & Rs 4904 is being released.

I have earlier got my PF money transferred from my earlier employer ICICI Bank to
Reliance Capital for Rs 130428/- This money is not traceable as per the vendor.
Can u pls check for the same & pls transfer the same to my SB Account no
018301501096, ICICI Bank Ltd, Begumpet Branch, Hyderabad.

Details of my PF with Reliance is
PF Account No MH/37541/1116.
Name of Employer Reliance Capital Ltd.
Date of Leaving 15/April/2008.

Details of my PF with ICICI Bank is
PF Account No MH/18796/114884
EPS No MH/18796/32305
PF Trust Name ICICI Bank Ltd.Provident Fund.

I once again request u to check for my PF amount & transfer the same to my account.
