i m renjith nair, and i m presently serving indian navy , and i m a hutch karnataka customer(9916008443).
due to my job specifications i have to travel a lot , so most of the time i have to be on roaming .persently i m on a service requirement visit at lonavla , mumbai.
i had received so many sms from hutch services as to recahrge through net , as it is easier and fast than any other service(the message reads like this)
on 17 may 2009 around 11 am i had used internet charging fecility of vodafone.in and charged my prepaid account for Rs 221 using my Axis bank visa enable debit card.but it does not got charged, at tht time i was only having Rs 1.28 as account balance.due to urgency to make a call to various places i had visited std booth and after noon around 3 :45 pm i again charged my prepaid using internet facility and with my axis bank (account no 044110 at karwar main branch) debit card .
Then again same happed , the balance not got credited on my account.
i had called up customer care after tht ,but they seen to be not caring their customer.
they told me that they cant give me any help as i m not a mumbai customer and i have to contact karnataka customer care,they gave me no as 09986099860.
but the call was not getting connected. after contacting a friend i got the no as 09886098860.
i hasd contacted the custormer care using one of my friends phone , but they also seem to be not caring .the customer care executive arond 9:30 pm told me that the charging will take 72 hrs(previously i had once charged the same prepaid and it got charged at the same time)so i told him tht it is happening with me , the first time , then he told me to wait for sometime as he will call his superior , and he put me on hold,the call was on charge.theykept me waitng for 15 min after that it dont seem to be attending my call i cut the call and called the customer care again.then i told them tht i need to register my complaint.but they insist on keeping me waiting for superior officer.after a long trouble with tht executive i got my complaint no as 105196602.
till 18 may 09 my prepaid account was not charged.
as it dont seem to be charged for the future, pls i request u to take this matter seriously and please provide me justice, and compensation for the problems and tension (i hve to borrow some one else mobile, i was not able to make call from my no and i was not able to call on time)i had faced . I ALSO REQUEST U TO SEND A REPLY TO MY RESIDENTIAL/OFFICIAL ADDRESS PROVIDED AND ALSO IF POSSIBLE SMS TO MY MOBILE(09916008443)
