friends,
i am k.harikrishna, I hav applied for a broadband connection on 5th of april at a bsnl franchise named RR AGENCIES near my house. I hav paid 2300 at da same time. Since then i haven't heard from that franchisee people. I have tried a lot to contact them but was of no use. Yesterday wen i enquired the people about that agency, people said that they have closed the agency and they are not opening the shop since past 1 week. When I took this complaint to the BSNL people, they are saying that they can't do anything in this issue even though it is an authorised BSNL franchisee.

That is my problem friends.. please tell me.. Please tell me how can i drag those people to justice?
