when i transact with india today bookclub they offered me the gold voucher for rs 2.20 lac and second transaction they have offered me rs.55000 cash but still i have neither received the gold voucher for rs.2.20 l;ac nor rs.55000 cash every time they want to create a new id for claiming the my pending claim but still i co oprate with the renowned india today group but now i felt that the indiatoday group is also a froud to gather money from the customer and fulfill their own expenses it means the india today group is also a fraud . every time how they dare to create id if they are not able to give free gift why they should create this drama to collect the money like as bagger.I warned to you Mr. chairman/ Managing director to stop the cheating to customer otherwise The Group of India to day to show your cheating on live in TV on Today ,India TV,ZTV,and other news channel.
I again request you to give the my voucher/gift otherwise to take your all goods which was send me and refund my all transaction with you.

This is with reference to the above subscription no. Please note that I have a yearly subscription under the HDFC Bank Credit Card & Time 4 bag gift scheme. The payment from my end was sent in the month of Oct 2010 & my subscription started from 8th Nov 2010. My magazine is delivered to me only after calling up the Gurgaon office & reminding them that I have failed to receive this week's issue(Infact I am still awaiting the late Dec issue where the TIME person of the year was interviewed). Inspite of repeated calls & reminders, I am still awaiting my free gift of 4 bags. I was initially asked to wait till Dec 2010 as the bags can only be received 6weeks into subscription, after December I was told the bags will be received in Jan 2011 as a new consignment was to be received, on calling up in Jan 2011 I was told that it will be received on 25th Jan as the consignment will be received by then ,later on calling up after 20th Jan 2011 I was told it will be received in Feb without any explanation given. After writing an email on 27th Jan 2011 was once again told that the new bags will be received by 31st jan. It is 3rd Feb today & my reminder email has yielded no reply. I am now fed up of repeated phone calls to Gugaon & non receipt of the gift by first week of Feb 2011 will now force me to discontinue the subscription & lodge an official complaint against India Today group for fleecing gullible customers. Please ensure that the bags are dispatched at the earliest.

I have been offered a Free Mobile on Subscribing India Today for Rs.1300/- whch I have donE under Number
ITE-WEB-100914-125519 and given order no.10444263 in Sept 2010. Despite several reminders they are just giving me assurances that I would get the same soon.
Other Order worthe Rs.30000.00 Diamonds No.110094408 is being denied/promised to be sent but not executed till now. Ordered in Nov 2010.

I TOLD THAT MY STORY THEY TOLD ME THAT TELL ME YOUR CARD NUMBER AND SNV NUMBER WE WILL CREDIT YOUR RS 25000/- BACK I TOLD THEM. MY MOBILE NUMBER WAS NOT REGISTER, THE PASS WARD RECEIVED FROM BANK I PASS IT TO MOBILE NUMBER 08802257306 WHO WAS CEO. THE OPERATOR NAME WAS AMANBHAI. AFTER THAT ONCE AGAIN BY CREDIT CARD WAS DEBITED BY 17999/- I TOLD THEM FIRST THEY TOLD ME "IT IS <u><strong>SVATANTRA</strong></u> INDIA YOU CAN DO WHAT EVER U WANT TO DO " BUT AFTER THAT ONE CALL AGAIN COME AND HE SAID I AM SORRY U IF U DONT WANT TO BUY YOUR AMOUNT WILL BE CREDITED IN YOUR ACCOUNT. STILL TODAY I HAVE NOT CREDITED 25000/- AND 17999/-. SO PLZ AWARE FROM THIS COMPANY&nbsp;

Here with I am complaining against India Today book club for not sending free gift of Accord Mobile against the subscription since October 2010. My subscription no. is ITE1895576.
Against this I was suppose to get free gift of Accord Mobile within 2-3 weeks from subscription date but till date I have not received it. On contacting to customer care, they are just fooling me that it has been dispatched from our side and you will receive it. They are not bother about to trace out that gift whether it has been dispathed, or received by customer or not. Simply they are saying it has been dispatched. It is very fraud company. They are looting to everybody.
