I used to work with Infotek Netailia Ltd. which is located in Yerwada in Commerzone, Tower-1, 3rd floor. I had worked with that company till june 15 but they have still not given me salary of April also. I have finacial crunches. I keep on msging every 1 but I have not received any reply. They have not given me sal of 2 andf half months. It has become very difficult for me, I have a Home loan and I am unable to pay the EMIs on time, so everytime I asked my frieds for money and now I have to return them. Its been so long. I need your help... Plz do the needful.

I Ashok Salve inform you that of our company partner named "Mr. Prem Singh" has duped me & three other employee (Mahesh Gaikwad, Bhima Kannur, Rakhi Dhurat) of huge amounts. He was in charge of our on-line portal division of TRISHTHA COMMERCIAL PVT. LTD. (Hawara, kolkata) and during the course of his employment he hasn't paid our proper salary resulting incurring irreparable damage and losses to all of us.
They called us Hawara two times in employment period for different reason, and they refuse to pay us traveling allowance.
After through investigation of the company during our working period we haven't get salary from june to sep'12.

Personally when we asked for our travel expenses & daily allowance, company gives different kind of stories & always excuse us.

So kindly provide us a solution,,,,

I am working at gupta global resources ltd company at nagpure, my appointment letter was 13.9.2011 was mention that your salary shall be reverse Rs 10000/- to 12000/- after 6th month provission period ,but still that was not getting any kind of money. company VP.HRD Mr P.G Jhagirdar tell me that was not given to me, but I don't know the reason.

I was worked in Neesa Technologies, Ahmedabad. before year ago.
yet, I didn't get my salary of Rs 20000/-.
This company cheating to each and every employee regarding fund is not available to run company.
But Neesa Group is biggest leisure co. in Gujarat as well as in India.
Mr Sanjay Gupta ( Corrupted IAS Officer) cheated every one.

Kindly take this complaint in priority base and also take the legal action against company.

I worked with Brindavan Agro Industries Ltd (BAIL),Agra in SGA Depot Department(Franchisee bottler of Coca Cola) till 9th of Dec 2012
and the problem is this that neither I got salary of the month of November 2012 nor I got FNF done by My Employer,they Cheated me and when I asked for my payment they misbehaved with me .
I did contacted to some senior officials but they are not taking any action instead showing me that its not in their hand,I did call them regularly but nowadays they don't answer my calls have been facing financial crisis because of this incident and finding myself in critical situation.

Kindly take this complaint in priority base and also take the legal action against company and please release my payment.

Hi,

I do appreciate if you can guide me for this situation of mine.
I join this company(Asmi Solutions Pvt. Ltd.) in July 16th 2012 and worked till August 30th 2012. company(Asmi Solutions Pvt. Ltd.) haven't paid me a single rupees during this time and once i come to know that company is about to close I self resign from my work. and they provide me my successful reliving letter also i do have offer letter, appointment letter as well as reliving letter for the same.

After keep in touch with this company owner he keep telling me about my payment that he will give me once he will receive from their client, so i waited for nearly three months and after not answering or reply me any emails and calls I've decided to lodge a legal complain against this company(Asmi Solutions Pvt. Ltd.).

He is now not willing to pay me anything.
Please guide me what to do in this such scenario.

I, Dipanwita kanji Gupta worked with Acteva Management Solutions Pvt. Ltd from August 1 2012 till February 2013. I along with five other employees were asked to resign by the authority siting the cause of the company's bad financial state. We were asked to serve a non-working notice period from Jan 24 till Feb 24. So, we worked last on Jan 24th. We were promised both in papers and verbally to be paid the salary of February 2013 till 24th, but it has been over two months now they have not remitted the salary. They are not updating us with any probable date of due clearance as well.

I am working with Pure and Pristine Solutions, Pune since Octomber 2012

Pure and Pristine Solutions, Pune was given me an appointment letter and recently on 1st april they had given me confirmation letter. Since December they are not paid me my salary for month of December2012 to April 2013 and they are not responding the same.

Dear Sir, I had been working with CMC Ltd. from 12th Dec. 2011, as Application interface executive.i had resigned from the company on dated 13/02/2013 and served 1 months notice period till dated 13/03/2013. Still i didn't get my salary for month of February and march and company has not been provided any papers to me like releasing letters and experience letters, salary slips,PF account. i did regular contact for my salary and papers but no proper respond has been provided. without these papers i am not able to join any other company so i am sitting at home because of companies fault.
