I have taken loan of 50000 from 'Fullerton India' in December as I have received a
call from someone in your office at Nehru Place.

At that time, I was in CRM services gurgaon and I was studying as well (doing PG in
Masscom). I was fired from the company due to the recession.

I am a Media person, now I have joined a film studio and its my training period. I
am not getting anything. My three months (training period) will be completed in May.


It was the reason, I was unable to pay the installment. I called the person at your
CC infroming to stop the check because it was not my intension to bouce the check.

But, your customer care people told me that they cannot stop the payment. Its really
PATHETIC.

I am not denying that I will not pay. I will pay the whole amount only after getting
a job in May.

I had a loan from citifinancial, I had paid the 13 installments, I called the CC
people and they stopped the payment for rest checks as I am a loyal customer.

If citi can do this, why cannot you.

NOW, THE SCENARIO IS CHANGED I AM GETTING HELL LOT OF RECOVERY CALLS AND RECOVERY
AGENTS ARE VISITING MY PLACE EVERYDAY. I IFORMED THEM THAT I CANNOT PAY AT THIS
MOMENT.

EVERYDAY I HAVE TO DESCRIBE THE STORY TO EVERYONE..

I AM FEELING HARASSED BY THE RECOVERY CALLS AND THE PEOPLE...WHAT DO I DO.. SOMETIME
IT LEADS ME TO EVEN THINK ABOUT ENDING MY LIFE.

THIS IS SHAME ON INDIANS!!!

THESE THREATS ARE VERY FRUSTRATING AND UNBEARABLE.

PLEASE DO SOMETHING, OTHERWISE, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY MISHAPPENING.TAKE MY
WORDS, ITS NOT A JOKE..

YOUR SERVICES ARE FVCKING HELL.....

YOUR CUSTOMER CARE PEOPLE ARE ASSWHOLE, THEY KNOW NOTHING..YOUR RECOVERY AGENTS ARE
ILLITERATE.
