My name is Naushad from Mysore.We have a small BPO company here called Escudo Web Solutions.Past 2 years we are running this firm.We had paid 2,00,000 rupees to a madurai based company for a new project.Since 6 months they have not given any project and they are not giving back the money also.They have given me receipts for the money i paid and i have the bank transaction details also with me. Now a days they are not responding to my calls or mails also. i have all the details of the mails they have sent.Can i file a case against them in the consumer court and get back my money. We have had lot of loss because of the delay of the project. We paid rent and salary for the employees for 6 months also believing them.

Please help me out with this.
