I have worked in a Pvt. company for two months, after that I left the company as I was not given offer letter and salary for two months.I have intimated them for several times to pay my salary but they never replied. What should I do to get my salary.

I have joined in a pvt. ltd company ,they have taken security deposit as Rs. 50,000/- ,its a new company .They given offer letter and Refundable cheque with the date 12/12/2012.I worked for thee months they was no given salary . What should I do to get my deposited money & salary.

Hello Sir, I am KULDEEP SAINI here, I want to know whether I can file case against the
company or not. Please let me know.

I worked in SHREYA LIFE SCIENCES PVT.LTD. for 2.0 years 3 months
I left the job for family problem.
That company deducted money from my account as P.F.
After I left job I filled the P.F. form and given to company SHREYA LIFE SCIENCES PVT. LTD

But they are not responding, 3 times I submitted my form and they said that they had submitted the form .P.F. office bandra mumbai but office saying that comapny is not submitted the form in office then i called the ANIL KUMAR MISHRA
HEAD- HR & ADMINISTRATION shreya mumbai, and he is not responding in satisfactory manner
Please give me suggestion what i can do to withdraw my P.F.

I am hemant bhardwaj i am a b.tech sudent from kuk.
When i am searching for a job then i saw a shreem network solution(SNS) which help to provids jobs.
They take (5000) rs ans send me a company( Toshniwal enterprises 2nd floor, building no. 9 B-1, lsc, vasant kunj)
But when i go there then a mam talk with me with very rude behaviour and told me what can i do.
I dont know about SNS.
When i gave the documents which gives me from SNS she dont saw them.
So i beg to u to plz help me to refund my 5000 rs.
