Dear Sir/Madam,

My name is Diwakar Chaudhary and I joined an international call center called
convergys on 17 dec 07.
I worked there for 1 year mostly in night shifts and i was getting married hence i
wanted to leave the company.
I tried to resign but my team leader convinced me to continue as if any team member
resigns it will impact his attrition bonus. (which is about Rs. 5000/- per month)

I stopped going to convergys since 18 dec 08 i.e. exactly after 1 year.

I had done over time in the month of october and november of 2008 ( appoximately -
Rs. 6800/-) which was suppose to be given immediately but i never received.

The company has not yet cleared my overtime for the month of october and november
and my salary of the month of december.

Whenever i try to contact the HR deptt. they ask to talk to my team leader and when
i call him he sends me to HR. I am bounced like a ball between the HR and my team
leader.

I am looking for a job and hence do not have any source of income.

Its more than 2.5 months and when i asked about my EPF then also i got the same answer.

I am willing to take the organization to court and here waiting for your expert
advise on this issue.

Amount pending on convergys is :
Over time for october and november - Rs. 6800/-
Salary for the month of dec. - approx Rs. 15000/-
EPF - approx Rs. 15000/-
