Hi,

This is regarding the valuable missing from my checkin luggage during my
travel from Nagpur to Bangalore through Kingfisher on 13th Feb 2009.
My PNR Number was : GUWIOB
I had checked in two luggages . and in one bag I was carrying gold ornaments
worth rupees one lakh.
But after I opened my luggage on 15th, I discovered that gold from my
jewellery box was missing...then I talked to toll free number and they told
that I can lodge the compalint by visiting the airport.
But after visiting the airport, I met Ms. swati, initially she told that,
she cannot register my compalint as already 48 hours passed..
Then after some time she told that as I had not declared gold while
travelling, i cannot claim.
But no one at counter told me to declare gold ornamnets. In my e ticket also
it wa snot mentioned that gold items has tobe declared/


Please let me know, how to proced further., I wnat to compliant againg
kingfihser airlines as I am getting negative repsonse from airlines.
