Employee Bond Sir,
I was the employee of a pvt. ltd. company. I resigned in the company
on 14th oct. and presented my written resignation letter to the CEO. I
also mentioned that i wish to serve the 1 month notice period. But
when CEO returned me the letter i saw, he has written "As per the
company policy last working day is 22nd of oct". So I worked there
till 22nd. I was supposed to get the 22days salary which they
generally calculate later and pays after one or two months.
But a few days back I received a letter from the company demanding
Rs.1,760. They claim, i have not served the 1 month notice period and
so they will charge me 1 month's salary which they adjusted with my
pending 22days salary and rest of the amount is due from me. I am
shocked and would like to know from you "How can the CEO says that I
have not served the 1 month notice whereas he had relieved me before?"
What should I do now? I am thinking to take your help and file a case
against them. Will it be worthwhile?

Employee bond I have joined in a pvt company on aug 12 2010. I have signed for 2 years bond. But within 20 days i got offer from an MNC company. In someway the company manager got about this offer information. So he didnt give one month salary and asking to submit my all original certificates. They told after the submition of ceritficates only i can get salary. I dont like this. Initially they told that certificates are required for verification only. But now they are cheating. And they didnt provide any training. I dont have interest to go there again. This is my situation. What can i do now? How can i get my one month salary? And how can i come out from there? Please help me..
