I was working with Mumbai based Mastek Ltd company from 26th FEB 2007 to 14 APR 2010. Before leaving this company I have submited EPF Form 19 on 24th JUN 2010 (As per company details). On 04 JUL 2007, I have did enquiry and restarted my EPF process and also submitted required documents in PF Kandivali office.But Still my PF is not created on My Saving Account. Normal procedure to get the PF is of 3 months but I have not got PF amount yet. I need help for the same.

My name is Rajiv Shekhawat.I was working with the Sparsh BPO Pvt.Ltd.Building No-409,Udhyog Vihar-phase-3rd.my date of joining was 22nd of March-2007.and deposited my pf form on dated-27th of may-2009.but after gone 2 years I have't got my fund amount.Many times i was gone there but not recieved any response.bacause the whole hr dept. are bunch of crooks.and the second time i'am deposited my pf form 19 again on dated-06.07.2011, with cancel cheque of the axis bank account number-911010023741782,but not recieved again.Sir I am suffering from last 2 years but not recieved any clearification about my EPF.Sir,plz do the needful as soon as possible.I'll be very Thankful to you.
