applying after getting counseled that my communication skills are good
and i have the required experince.for that initial payment of 25000 we
have to make.this message says relocate to canada within an year.
money paid on march 30th2007. no information or update till one yr.
when we pay they make us to sign an agreement in which, there is
clause if we have any arbitration with the company arising out of any
situation, arbitration meeting has to happen in chandigargh. by this
they tie the hands of the consumer because no one will take pain to go
to till chandigargh if iam from chennai.but money,seminar,
registartion everything will happen in chennai itself in the barnch
office.
why its is scam. check media reports in kerala branches.32 lakhs
got swindled by the manger .ofcourse now company has to give back.
apart from that not a single candidate from tamilnadu so far has
gone in assiatnt manager category. to my knowledge no single person
was sent in that category.now the company is asking the individuals
who ask for money back to sign a censent letter saying we will take
back the money on our own, and will not go to justice.its mutual
settlement agreement after 16 months of waiting.after we agree for
this agreement, they will consider and issue the money after 8 to 10
weekss.so in chennai itself 30 people have paid money.imagine in other
branches take in cse of tamilnadu only, chennai, coimbatore, trichy,
all three barnches they have cases like this around 100. imagine they
have branches all over india and all over they have collected money in
the name of work permit and till now people are running for the
refund. beware.every year only 3 percent of success immigiration is
happening compared to number of people gte regostered in this org.its
an organised fraud, by ads in newspaper, getting iso certifiation, and
there past record of success give more ways to fool people.i request
