Dear Sir/Mam,

Please be infromed that I hold a Salary Account in HDFC Bank Hemkunt Tower Nehru Place Branch.

My Account No is - 13741050010964
My ATM Card No is - 526490125608801
My Online complian No is - 285514 (Registered on 14 Oct 2011)

On 14 Oct 2011 I made a withdrawal of Rs. 1000/- from AXIS Bank ATM located at Main Dadri Road - Bhangel Noida.

After 2 minutes one more withdrawal of Rs. 10000/- took place from same ATM and amount was deducted from my account which I did not do.

I registered my online complain same time in HDFC Bank and later gave written complain as well followed by Police FIR upon asking of HDFC bank. When a gave all papers to HDFC bank in Hemkunt Tower Nehru Place branch, the branch manager asked me to gave a copy to AXIS bank as well so that they can ask AXIS bank for footage to catch hold of culprit.

But since then both banks and my account holding HDFC branch and its people are misguding me and not helping me at all.

Please advise me should I go legal against both the banks.

I had enrolled for ICFAI long distance learning from Vimannagar, Pune branch on 5th Oct.2011.
Same day, My friend also enrolled for the university learning program.
I paid 2 years money in one go, so that there will be no issue and will be able to clear the exams on time and i wanted degree in two year.

Due to mistake of University, they enrolled me for after 9 months exam month and told me that i cannot sit for the exam in April'2012. Because they cannot change their mistake. They are like university will do whatever they will want and they will not change. It is flexible program , so i will need to write exam in any of the quarter. They are least bothered for my time. After regular follow up they just wasted my time, and did't corrected their mistake.

I want to lodge my problem in consumer forum so that University will not do the same as did with me.
Please help how to do that?
