HI, we have been cheated by the Agent, Promising us for the Job in
Malaysia and took 30,000/- from us, they provided visit visa on our
passport, after so many obstacles and discussions we went to Malaysia
but nothing has been given there as per promises they even took more 550
$ from us saying they need for work permit process and after that they
dint provide any work permit nor any job instead took us to some of the
Gundas, saying we have given money for your work permit to one person,
these persons will help us in getting ur money back. instead these
people beaten us took all our things and passports and taken with us
the work of labourers, i was very much after them to just release us
and give us our passports back, one day one of there cousin came, so i
spoke to them from there they agreed to release on 1 term that i should
not go to any police or complain any one just go back to india. to get
just out from there i wrote a statement and gave and too our passport
and came out from there, after arranging money from my family i
purchased tickets and came back to india, after coming to india i
contact the agent but he is not accepting for his fault. Please can any
one advice in this case waht i should do? where i should aproach?


one small point. If someone's passport is snatched like this, please go to local
Indian embassey and tell that you have lost your passport. You will get a new
passport after completing formalities. Though I appreciate it could be very
difficult under the circumstances like this. Regarding action against agent,
need to inform police so other public do not suffer.

Go to police and register fir against the agent and if police take
no action writr to dig police and after that no action taken write to home
minister india and request for action and your money back. Even then no action
then i will further advce u for next step
