My Name is Vishalkumar Patel. I am BEIT (Bachelor of Engineer
Information Technology), I have 3 + years of experience.

I have complain against Canam Consultants Limited. In June, 2008; I
went to Canam Ahmedabad Office. I want to apply for Australia PR
immigration. They had accessed my Education & Experience and told me
that you are eligible for Australia PR. So I had paid their
registration fee of Rs. 20, 000. And as per their instruction, I had
made draft of $400 AUD for my degree assessment at Australia. I had
also given IELTS exam as per their instruction.

They sent my application to their head office at Chandigarh. From
their head office they are telling that, my application is not
eligible for Australia PR. In Australia PR application, they require
minimum 4 years of experience. Now they are telling me that I am not
eligible.

At the time of taking money from me, they told me that you are
eligible and your Australia PR will be done in 12 to 14 months, and
now they are telling me that I am not eligible.

So they are totally fraud and I want to take my all money and expenses
back from them.

Please suggest me for further action against Canam Consultants Limited.

Hi Everyone,
I will not mention my name but i would like to report a fraud commited by this agency's owner vinay sharma in 2009. I applied my study visa via this celestial immigration services in July 2009. My brother paid my fee to the meridian college sydney 6250 australian dollars by his credit card. I provided all my documents on time along with the RS. 1,75000.00 for the file charges and i was told by this agency that my case is in process. The usual process was 3 months but i waited until december 2009.

We were worried because no one was telling us anything about my case processing, whenever we asked about the process we were told that it is in progress. However, my brother who is in sydney called my meridian college in sydney in december and no one answered the phone. Therefore, we somehow found out that the meridian college was closed on 5th of november 2009.

At this stage, we called our agent and told him that this is the situation. They said that they will call their agent Mr Nehal SHAH

who has actually applied the evisa from melbourne. They found out that the college was shut down and said that they are just waiting on the decision of immigration.

My brother researched about the college closure and found out the information and contacted the immigration department. A months back we received a refusal letter from immigration that my visa has been refused because the agent did not provide the following documents :
1. The photocopy of passport bio data page.
2. The agent declaration signed by the student's agent.
3. Financial documents.
The immigration refused my case because my fuckking agent was a cunt and did not forward my documents to the immigration.

When we showed him the refusal letter and asked him for the refund of the file charges that he took from us. He said that this is a lie and the immigration is lying. So he refused to refund it.

The bottom line is that i have filed my complaint against him in the fraud department along with all the receipts and supporting documents but we all know the system so i am not sure that i am going to receive my money back or not. He messed up my whole year, my money and my hope.

I am just writing all this because you guys don't get stuck in this kind of shit. please feel free to forward it to your friends so everyone knows about this shit guy and agency.

Is any person have the right to blame anyone without not to mention her name.
Any use the web as a tool to abuse other person without any logic just because her company (TODAY TRAVELS & EDUCATIONAL SERVICES PRIVATE lIMITED 61-62 LAJPAT RAI NAGAR,OPPOSITE DOGRA'S HOSPITAL, NAKODAR ROAD JALANDHAR INDIA )have to refund an X amount to celestial for cheating applicants in the name of CANADA WORK PERMITS.

Hi everyone out there. This to share my experience with such Australian immigration consultants. One of such consultants is based in Delhi-- Glade Wright and Mahindroo immigration consultants. My experience with this company was very bad.This company is not at all trustworthy. They are immigration consultants but in India they assure their customers of getting placements in Australia boosting of their contacts out there. They charged heavy fees for this service but to my disappointment, leave job they couldnt get any single official interview for my placement.
I just want you guys to be very careful and not fall into their trap. They are just immigration consultants and not placement agents. They cant get you a job for you out there, whatever proof or assurance they give. bye

Im want to complain about jainder dutt sharma who is staying in sydney and got a temporary visa but his visa is rejected two times and he is still staying there in 23 horbat street st marys.He got temporary visa as a social worker but he works as a painter somtimes.if you wish to know more about him you can mail me.
