    Default Complaint against D.S Infinity Recruitment Pvt Ltd

    Dear Sir/Ma'am

    We registered with D.S Infinity Recruitment Pvt Ltd for providing us with a
    Maid. We gave them our requirements based on which they committed sending us
    maids for Interviews within 7 days post scrutiny. Its been 18 days & there
    has been no one who has been provided. No senior person comes on line or
    meets in person. They have taken an advance of Rs 1500 as registration but
    refuse to refund the amount even though they have not met any of their
    promises

    All attempts to get in touch with the owner have been in vain. The
    executives off late have started behaving very rudely & do not co-operate.

    Request you to please help us in getting our money refunded & more important
    take action against this agency for misrepresentation.

    Unhappy Harassment from DS Infinity

    I registered DS infinity with 3000 Rs as registration charges and 3000 Rs after maid's placement(total 6000). With lot of follow up, they gave me one maid of age 16-17. But on third day itself I caught her stealing and she had many bad habits. So on third day itself I complained to DS Infinity and they told me send her back and they will replace a new maid. But after lot of follow-up also, they did not gave me single maid. When I asked them the refund, they kept telling yes, they will refund and kept giving new dates of refund. Their so called representatives (Mukesh and Praksh) advised me to keep pensions and they will refund the money. Its almost 6 months now, I call them everyday but very politely they tell me they will refund soon.
    In short, they have cheated me. They did not gave any maid nor did they refund. I threatened them to go to the Police or write on net, he simply said that does not make any difference.
    Please do not go for this placement service. They are big cheaters and shameless people.

    Angry Negligence, bad sevice and irresponsible

    Hi,

    This is Sumit Laad. I hired the D.S. Infinity for maid recruitment almost a month back. We needed the maid urgently and the agency promised me that the recruitment will happen in 7-10 days. The representative from their end was Frennie.

    I made advance payment of 3500 Rs on Nov 2nd, which is half their total charge. It has been 31 days since I made the request and not a single proceeding has been made from their end. I have been calling up frantically but no help. Frennie has missing since then. Everytime you end up talking to a different person and even the managers (Mukesh and Prakash) show no accountability and keep on giving fake promises.

    A compamny with name training8m posting lot of job vacancies for Europe in all leading websites like naukri, timejobs etc. If applied, thay are just asking for money. with following detils,

    Thumbs down D.S Infinity Recruitment Pvt Ltd - Fraudulant agency

    This agency is absolute fraud. They contacted me (Anita Rajwar) on 17th May, since I was looking out for a governess to look after my children. They got my reference through Just Dial services. They charged me Rs 3000 and commited to provide staff in 7-10 days. I had made it clear that I would need someone before 1st June. They company did not comply to this request. In the meantime I made alternate arrangements and did not need their assistance.

    Hence on 1st June I sent them a registration cancellation request. This is to be noted that I had not got a single reference from them till then.

    Initially their manager Rupali promised me that my refund would reach me by 15th June. I waited till then and called on 18th June to be told again by Rupali that the refund will be made by 22nd June. Again on 22nd June I did not get any refund so I called up again and happend to speak to Mukesh who said that their director is out of town and thus, would need more time to action this. Again there was no payment made.

    Till date I have sent several emails but no response. I have called so many times just to be thrown at different attendants like, Sameer, Preeti, Archana, Zarine, Satish and others. Mukesh and Rupali now refuse to come and repond on calls. It is almost two months now and I have yet not received my money but got only promises. Their director is out of reach and does not show any responsibility and accountability. Such people should be punished by society and booked by law.

    maids for Interviews within 4 days post scrutiny. Its been 38 days & there
    has been no one who has been provided. No senior person comes on line or
    meets in person. They have taken an advance of Rs 3000 as registration but
    refuse to refund the amount even though they have not met any of their
    promises

    All of them just pass the buck from one person to another and then say that we'll get in touch with you but nothing happens.....
    All attempts to get in touch with the owner have been in vain. The
    executives off late have started behaving very rudely & do not co-operate.

    Request you to please help us in getting our money refunded & more important
    take action against this agency for misrepresentation.

    Angry Extremely harassing while asking to refund money

    Dear Sir,

    This is in reference to 24 hour maid service for household activity including baby care from your company (D.S. Infinity Pvt. Ltd.). I had registered (Regd No. 03625) with fee of Rs. 5000 from Goregaon Branch on 16th July, 2010.

    The company provided one maid initially named Dulali Sarnakar on 16th July 2010. The maid was kept under trial and was discovered that Dulali was unable to put on gas oven. When questioned by my wife about this, Dulali replied that she has problems with eyesight that she could not see properly which way to turn gas oven knob. It was also discovered that Dulali could not able to hear from near distance as well. To add to our apathy, Dulali was suffering from some mental disorder which was to my surprise uttered by Dulali’s son. All these issues with this maid were addressed to Mr. Lucky and Ms. Preeti (both employee from the company Goregaon Branch who assisted for maid service search and registration). It was agreed to discontinue this maid by paying for the service during her stay and search for new maid.

    After this sort of maid provided by your company, Mr. Lucky was requested to screen maids thoroughly and then sent to me. Few days later I was asked to drop by at the Goregaon Branch office to take interview of a new maid on which I had requested to take maid to my residence where my wife will conduct interview. Mr. Lucky was well informed with the fact that my wife delivered recently and not advised to travel and Mr. Lucky accepted the request. My wife conducted the interview and rejected the maid the same day on the grounds of incompatibility of language.
    With my urgent requirement of maid and unavailability of maids by your company based on my criteria, email was sent to the director on 25th August 2010 to cancel the agreement as per the Clause 10 in your terms & condition stating “If the party wants his Registration Cancelled, he must make a request by e-mail dsir7@yahoo.com or by written application submitted in the office within 30 days from date of Registration.”
    At the mid of August, I called up the Manager, Ms Rupali, at Goregaon Branch about the status of my refund, for which Ms Rupali informed that a cheque would be sent to my correspondence address by Friday (20th of August 2010) through courier.
    On Friday when no courier was received, I enquired from Ms. Rupali on the same, she promised that this time cheque with refund amount will be delivered without fail by Wednesday (25th August 2010).

    To my dismay, there was no cheque sent by the company on 25th august 2010, nor was any message given to me from the company. Irked with false promises made by the manager Ms Rupali, I called her again on office number to which a promise was made again that cheque would be sent to my correspondence through some office boy on Saturday (28th August 2010). When confronted with Clause 10 in your terms & conditions stated “.. the rest amount (Only by cheque) will be sent to his address by registered post within 30 days from the date of application Submitted.”

    As expected by your company, no courier or office boy came to correspondence address to drop cheque on Saturday (28th August 2010). Around 7:30 pm, I had conversation with Ms. Rupali about the status of my refund to which reply came that company is sending office boy with the cheque in next 10 minutes. Around 8:00 pm on Saturday, to my surprise, a relationship executive called up to inform that cheque would be sent on next week on Monday (30th August 2010) through courier. Again, later the same night around 8:15 pm, an advocate named Mr. Naveen representing your company called up cheque will be sent on Monday.
    Repeated calling to the Goregaon branch office with unconfirmed and non-satisfactory response, and hearing false promises for more than two weeks with breach of terms and conditions, I had suffered mental agony and harassment due to deficiency in services. I had cooperated for a long time and as a client of your company I feel cheated every time by the manager Ms Rupali. Ms Rupali also denied the fact that we had conversation around 7:30 pm on Saturday.

    Please help in refunding my money.

    I registered for a 24 hours maid on 17.07.10 and paid Rs 5000.00 through a account payee cheque. One month passed and they did not provide any maid. They made promises every tinme but did not act.
    I have written for refund of money 12 days back but every time they feign ignorance. Last night, I have sent them a final mail and informed that, if money does not come to me by the end of this week, I will seek leagal recorurce.
    It is the most unprofessional organisation. Now actually I have stared to believe that they are not actually doning any thing. They are taking money from people and doing nothing.

    I have filed complaint under CONSUMER COMPLAINT PROTECTION ACT. I shall be needing help who are also victims of this frauds agency. Please get in touch with me so that we can take this culprits pay our sum for all harrassment and mental agony faced by us.

    Default Complaint against DS Infinity Pvt Ltd (Goregaon)

    Dear Sir/Madam

    This is to lodge a complaint against D.S. Infinity Pvt Ltd. (Goregaon) for a fraudulent activity.

    I found the contact of D.S. Infinity Ltd. through Just Dial , (Just Dial guarantees for this corporate for providing household staff etc.)

    The company and myself entered into a contract as per which - I paid INR 5000 on 30th October 2010 through account payable cheque . The company was liable to provide me with one 24-hr-maid (as per my requirement) , within next 15 days (i.e. 14th November 2010). The maid salary was negotiable (with upper limit set at INR 5000).

    The appointment process so claimed was : The company shall be sending 5 maids for interview and then on the basis of our choice , police verification documents shall be provided to us. Followed by an appointment. This was supposed to be one year contract. During one year the company was contracted to

    It is now 18th November and to my dismay I have tried contacting the company on several occasions with no response from their agents/managers/director. Neither of the 5 contracted interviews happened nor have I been contacted by them.

    It has been an extremely harassing experience. I have neither been provided the due service nor the company seems to show any sense of accountability for their activity.

    I sincerely urge you to investigate/take appropriate actions against such corporates duping common people. The amount involved is small. However, it is affecting masses.

    The contract letter can be provided on request.

    maids for Interviews within 7 days post scrutiny. Its been 14 days & there
    has been no one who has been provided. No senior person comes on line or
    meets in person. They have taken an advance of Rs 3000 as registration but
    refuse to take any accountability I needed this maid since my mom has undergone a paralytic stoke and is unwell

    All attempts to get in touch with the owner have been in vain. The
    executives off late have started behaving very rudely & do not co-operate and Mr Mukhesh appears to be very busy which did not seem at the time of registration.

    Request you to please help us in getting our money refunded & more important
    take action against this agency for misrepresentation and the mental harrassement caused .

    Dear Sir,

    We had contacted D.S. Infinity to provide us a full time maid in Oct 2010 and paid them a sum of Rs.2500 after duly filling up their registration form. In fact their executive had come over to our residence and gave all assurances on getting a maid in 15days time.

    However from Oct 2010 until today(March 2011) they have not provided us a single person for the job of a maid.Despite of them promising to line up at least 5-7 candidates for us to shortlist,in the month of Nov 2010 they had sent us just one candidate as a option,until now we have not heard from them.
    Each time we call them they promise to call us back but never call us up,we have now completely given up their service efficiency and request you to help us to get our money back.

    Default D S Infinity - Complete Fraud - Say Goodbye to your money

    This company is a complete fraud, and only exists to take advance amount (Rs.5,000/-) in my case, then don't send anyone, and evade all phone calls. Don't get sweet-talked by the telephone marketing executives, else you will say good-bye to your money. The only time they are super efficient is when they come to collect your registration money (typically within 1-2 hours), and then you keep endlessly chasing them.
