On 18.4.2011 we called this recruitment agency to send us a cook and spoke to Ruchika. They phoned 5 times as to when they could collect the money, a deposit of Rs. 5000. Within two hours their rep was here to collect the money. They sent a lady cook Surekha, who had some serious mental issues and would lose her temper constantly she left taking my recipe books!

We have called the agency at least a dozen times but no one is available to take my calls. Ruchika is "busy". Else I'm told call the Dadar branch which in turn tells me to call the Goregaon Branch. There is no one I can speak to to get my money back nor to get a cook. Judging by the number of complaints against time it is high time some very strong action is taken against them I am extremely annoyed at this completely fraudulent company which must be brought to book and closed down. They are running a criminal racket. They call themselves an iternational agency but can't speak English
