misbehaviour and negligence of the code of conduct during bargaining Dear sir,
I had an unpleasant experience during by purchase of books at
the market in ahmedabad. I requested the clerk to bargain for a book.
After argument he told me "I have 100 copies and you will be sold at
no less than what i decide. No one in the market will sell you and
when you come to me again i shall command the purchase. moreever he
provided me with a false cashmemo from another book stall
this is a typical case of mental harassment and psychological
technique for selling at their will by abuse and discrimination of the
consumers. I have been under mental trauma since then due to the lack
of conduct and unsocial behaviour.
What should i do in such case? Do I have a right to ask for my mental
suffering
