On 18th of May 2007 I along with my wife took Maharashtra State
Tansport A.C. bus (volvo Mahabus) at 9.30 Am to go to Pune. Near
Khalapur the bus met with an accident purly because of driver
negelegence & rash driving.We both were severely injuerd. My both legs
were fratured with multiple fractures & wife's both hands & legs were
fractured with multiple farctures.

For this S.T. gave us only Rs.500/- as immediate help. For nearely 3
months we were in hospital and after dischsrge from hospital 4 months we
were totally bed ridden. We have spent at actuals nearely about 14 lakhs
of rupees. All the bills we have submitted to S.T. office. But S.T.
offfice is giving us false reasons & delaying to make us the payment.
They also say that amount is big & the amount to pay us will be decided
in 'BOARD MEETING'. S.T. has agreed with their mistake in accident that
took place. The photo of the bus in which we were travelling was
published in 19th May Times of India. Some news paper (PUNE SAKAL) has
published our names in the list of injured persons.

We are at present asking only for reimbursement of the actual expenses
we not put forward our compensasion.

Can consumer redressal forum help us to get the payment in full i.e.
expenses at actuals & compensation at the earliest possible. As on today
we have to borrow money from others for day to day expenses & children
education etc. We are still undergoing physiotherepy. Should we approach
Aaj Tak or Star news. We have all the evidences in our hand.
