dear all,
I have an account on ebay with name rikin9300. recently they suspended my account without any prior notice
and without stating any reason for the same. they even suspended my paisa pay account and put 29621 rs
on hold on 14th april. i have been constantly calling their customer care support and getting a very poor
response time and again i have been promised that il get back my money for two transactions and for 1 transaction
the money will be refunded back they have repeatedly given false commitment and have failed to release
my money and refund the buyer her money i need assistance with this as i want to take action against their
poor service they have been using my money for the last 20 days and on calling them they give asssurance
that they will provide only an update in 24 hours then they say u will get ur money in 48 hours and they fail
to do so. am totally frustrated and want to take serious action against these criminals who treat me like a
thief by asking verification every time i call. whereas they themself have my money with them.
please help me to take revenge.
