BSNL CMD, read as Corruption Managing Director, should come out with a manual
1000 ways to take bribe. When BSNL CMD and his likes are delivering lectures and
seminars on village telephony (Rura Telephony) his associates and employees are
taking bribe.

Phone on bribe is the rule at BSNL. Connecting India is in books. Corrupting
India is on records. Check out this.

Vinod Kumar, complainant from Bishnath district (Jammu) applied for STD/PCO
three years back. The same was not alloted due to reaosns described as
"feasibility". Complainant was forced to pay Rs. 1000 as bribe for feasibility
clearnace. CBI came into action and arrested SDE CL Ganjoo.

In a similar case Rs. 1100 was taken by Prithi Pal Singh and his associates
in Nagpur. The same transaction is reported to

Till the time BSNL and any other authority do not learn to respect nation, laws
of nation, constitution of India, BSNL will continue to take bribe. They will
find 1000 ways to take bribe. But I will continue to report 1000 ways where BSNL
takes bribe.
