Dear Sir,



Flat was officially allotted to me through SRA scheme at sadbhava soc. Andheri East,
Mumbai, has been forcibly encroached by another person of this locality, So I had
approached the SRA Encroachment Dept. who investigated the matter and declared I
am the rightful owner of this flat. I have all the relevant documents in my name.
But the matter is prolonging here and no action has been taken yet to remove that
person out of my flat even after eight months. Though I regularly go every week to
follow up with the Assistant Collector Encroachment dept. of SRA where the matter
is now pending.

Please advise me what I should do for speedy action in this matter and get my flat
back.
