sir/madam,
my father did not got there pension of the month of may 2009 till yet
because the fault of SBI bank they have misplaced that draft of particular month.
the main branch of bank received a demand draft from EPF office and send to another
SBI branch where my father has account but but the bank did not received the draft
and from till that time my father has gone to these banks several times to solve the
matter my father took the draft no. and courier no. from the courier office but the
bank bank officer are not giving any responce. bank officer have not care for there
customer. kindly tell us to tackle the situation and we want to teach bank officer a
lesson.
